80,000 travellers are getting ready to fly away on holiday this summer and the Stansted Airport authorities are advising you to make sure you're familiar with the current security restrictions before arriving at the terminal.
All liquids and sharp objects are restricted when leaving from Stansted. All knives, scissors and other sharp objects are not permitted on board in your hand luggage and liquids can only be carried on in re-sealable clear plastic bags measuring less than 100ml in volume. Substitute containers are provided free at the airport if required. Customers are recommended to arrive at least two hours before their flight is due to depart.
