WHEN
YOU BOOK
BCP provide maps and directions for airport parking customers
online, after you have booked. In addition, and for all other
customers, we will send you all relevant maps and instructions
within 3 working days of booking with us. Late or Urgent bookings
are identified and sent out as a matter of priority. If you
are booking the Meet and Greet service, providing us with
your fax number will enable us to fax you instructions within
24 hours of booking.
LATE OR URGENT BOOKINGS
Should you book parking or meet
and greet within 5 days of your departure date, we are able
to fax or email your
confirmation and directions to you.
Should you not have received your confirmation and map before
you travel, please ensure that you phone BCP Customer Services
on 0870 013 4600 Mon - Fri 08.00 - 20.00 Sat/Sun, Bank Holidays
09.00 - 17.00 who will be happy to fax or email your confirmation
or verbally give you directions to the car park.
You can also contact BCP Customer Service Department for
any other questions or queries you may have.

AND DIRECTIONS
BCP prides itself on the high quality service we provide
through our car park booking system and travel to airport
services. Our aim is to exceed our customers expectations
by providing a seamless car parking experience from the service
you receive when you park your car, to the moment you return.
Our Customer Services Department are here to ensure that
this happens.
BCP do not publish maps and directions
on this site however you will receive all appropriate documentation
when you book.
If we were to publish directions
and maps on our website before you book with us, BCP would
give the false impression
that customers may arrive at the car park without pre booking
and still benefit from our special prices. We can only
give you a guaranteed space at the pre booked rate if you
pre
book. For these reason we only provide maps and directions
to customers who have already booked with us.
All car parks are conveniently situated
for access to the airport. Some are close to the terminal
building whilst
others provide courtesy transport.
When you book via our call centre,
maps, instructions and confirmation are sent out via the
post. We allow
5 working
days for these to reach you. Please note that when
you book online, you will not receive a confirmation by post.
Please
print off the confirmation of booking that is emailed
to you when you have completed your booking. This will
contain
directions and instructions for the car park you have
booked.
